Greg Kinnear debuts To Kill a Mockingbird on Broadway on January 5

Oscar Nominee and two-time Emmy winner Greg Kinnear to debut as Atticus Finch in Aaron Sorkin’s stage adaptation Broadway to kill a robin Begins January 5th at the Schubert Theater. Kinnear succeeds Tony nominee and Emmy winner Jeff Daniels, who gave his final show on January 2.

Kinnear nominated for Oscar for performance in James L. Brooks comedy How good can be. His other film credits include Sabrina, You have Mail, You-Know-Who, Nurse Betty, We Were Soldiers, AF, Gifts, People Like You, Miss Sunshine, and baby mom. His last TV appearance was house of cards and appeared on the Starz comedy with Courteney Cox Glorious Valley Opposite of Taron Egerton and Paul Walter Hauser on Apple TV with the devil.

Bai Zebuzan, former troupe actor Robin, returns to production on January 5, replacing Tony Award-winner Celia Keenan-Bolger as Scout Finch. Keenan-Bolger gave her last show on January 2nd.

Robin, Based on Harper Lee’s novel, the show resumes on October 5 at the Schubert Theater on Broadway.

Tony Award-winner Bartlett Schell’s company also features Portia as Carbonia, Hunter Parrish as Jem Finch, Michael Brauch as Tom Robinson and Russell Harvard as Link Diess, Neil Huff as Bob Ewell, Erin William Wilmy as Mayella Ewell, Noah Robbins as Dill Harris, Zachary Booth as Horace Gilmer, Gordon Clapp as Judge John Taylor, Patricia Conolly as Mrs Dubose, Christopher Innvar as Sheriff Heck Tate, Ted Koch as Mr. Cunningham and Amelia McClain as Miss Stephanie. Mariah Lee will join the cast on January 11 as Mayella Ewell.

The orchestra includes Scout Backus, Ian Bedford, Rosalyn Coleman, Anne Marie Cousin, Michael Brian French, Steven Lee Johnson, Taylor Leah, Jeffrey Ellen Murphy, Luke Smith, Yeager T. Welch, and William Youmans.

to kill a robin The show opens at the Schubert Theater on Broadway on November 1, 2018. On February 26, 2020, just a few weeks before Broadway shut down, Broadway actors gave a history-making free show to 18,000 schoolchildren in New York City at Madison Square Garden.

Orin Wolf was named to kill a robin. Wolf succeeds Scott Rudin and oversees all aspects of the production.

to kill a robin The national tour kicks off March 27 at the Shea Center for the Performing Arts in Buffalo, New York, featuring Emmy winner Richard Thomas as Atticus Finch; the show begins March 10 at the Gielgud Theatre in London, featuring Starring Rafe Spall.
